Conduct comprehensive property assessments to determine accurate property values.
Prepare, negotiate, and execute residential purchase and listing agreements.
Maintain and update all systems and CRM platforms with data from our channel partners diligently.
Requirements:
Active Illinois Real Estate License (Strictly Required).
A strong commitment to client service and a highly responsive communication style.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow a proven lead-conversion system.
In-depth knowledge of the Western Suburbs market.
Target Markets: We are actively seeking agents to manage high lead volume in Naperville, Downers Grove, Wheaton, Burr Ridge, Darien, La Grange, Western Springs, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Westmont, Willowbrook, Lisle, Glen Ellyn, Brookfield, and La Grange Park.
