The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing material handling equipment in the field. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, ensuring efficient repairs, providing exceptional customer service, and performing regular scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to maintain a variety of material handling equipment
- Expertise in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Experience in Field Service operations, ensuring timely and effective on-site equipment service
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills to build positive client relationships
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus
