JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet patients in a courteous manner; including going over all necessary paperwork and collecting payments
- Provide patients with initial assessment paperwork and evaluate for completIon
- Answer phone calls and provide patient support with miscellaneous questions
- Assist patients with Ensure accuracy of patient accounts
- Assist patients with scheduling follow-up appointments
- Office upkeep and making sure common space is clean and clutter free
- All other office duties as assigned by the Office Manager
- Perform prescribed physical therapy modalities as directed by the provider
SCHEDULE
Part time:
Monday 2:30pm - 7:30pm
Wednesday 2:30pm - 7:30pm
Friday 2:30pm - 6:30pm
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
