Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento, CA is looking for energetic and lively Events/ Retail Representatives to join its Fast-growing team. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for setting qualified appointments at varying events & retail locations with prospective customers. They take direction from the Non-Traditional Marketing Manager and work toward team and individual goals. Brand Ambassadors are often the first point of contact for our potential customers and must represent the company accordingly and foster positive experiences and relationships with the community.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, character and/or ability required:
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to navigate to and from work
• You’re a true people person and a dedicated and dependable team player
• Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work under time constraints
To drive any vehicle on company business, employees are required to hold a valid driver’s license and current auto policy as required by law, and provide current copies to the Human Resource Department
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Represent the company at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism
• Demonstrate positive, knowledgeable, authentic customer interactions.
• Maintain a reasonable hours per demo ratio (HPD)
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all company employees, suppliers, and customers
• Travel within our territory. RbA is not responsible for “Acts of God” while traveling to and from your work location
• Must be willing to work at an Event, Home Show, or Retail location
• Perform any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, out of the ordinary or special duties that may be assigned.
• Maintain a functional familiarity with windows and their issues, Renewal by Andersen, their suite of products, and current services.
