POSITION SUMMARY:

The Brand Ambassador role means belonging to a great team. Our Brand Ambassadors bring the excitement of Home Solutions Midwest to local events, tradeshows, fairs, etc. and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. They are enthusiastic, personable, self-reliant, and have the ability to learn the technical skills required to run Home Solutions Midwest events smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a desire for helping people, and want to be part of an impactful, growing team invested in giving back to our communities.

Hourly base pay is $20/hr. Paid professional training. Part time hours – full time pay. Excellent company culture! Receive mileage reimbursement driving to and from Events. We offer a very flexible schedule including days/nights/and weekends.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·         Attend events, fairs, tradeshows, and festivals and act as a face of the company

·         Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers

·         Develop knowledge of all product lines

·         Meet event quota tied to event performance

·         Set appointments by educating homeowners about the benefits of HSM products

·         Display set up and tear down

·         Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty independently and satisfactorily.  Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form and interface with all departments. Must maintain absolute confidentiality.  Must be able to multi-task, be accurate, have good organizational skills and handle high levels of stress.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
