We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven VP of Sales to lead our Recruiting Department. We operate under a full-desk model, empowering our team to own the entire client and candidate experience from start to finish. The VP of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales talent, and expanding market share in the competitive travel healthcare space. This leader will coach, scale, and inspire a high-performing team while aligning strategy with company goals and industry trends. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on operator, experienced in healthcare staffing and passionate about building relationships, optimizing processes, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
· Develop and execute innovative full-desk sales and recruiting strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
· Analyze and monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
· Collaborate with operations to strengthen lead generation, client engagement, and align departmental goals with overall company objectives.
Team Development & Performance Management
· Lead and mentor a team of full-desk recruiters/sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team goals.
· Facilitate ongoing coaching, training, and development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.
· Collaborate with HR to recruit top talent and support continuous professional growth.
Operational Oversight
· Manage P&L, KPIs, and gross margin targets to ensure financial health and operational success.
· Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and strategic check-ins to assess progress and identify opportunities.
· Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic updates to executive leadership.
Culture & Collaboration

Additional Duties
· Lead general project action item check-ins and follow-ups.
· Perform other tasks assigned to support departmental and organizational success.
Schedule: Full-time, on-site in our Irving/Las Colinas office, Monday–Friday.
Desired Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· 3 years of experience managing sales/recruiting teams in the Healthcare Staffing Industry.
· Proven ability to manage P&L, analyze business performance, and deliver growth.
· Deep understanding of the travel healthcare ecosystem, including compliance, contracts, and client operations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and motivational leadership skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $120,000 - $225,000
