What You'll Do
As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for directing and coordinating all field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll serve as a key representative of AnderCorp, building trust with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders throughout every phase of construction.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Leading and promoting a strong jobsite safety culture
✅ Managing daily field operations and onsite coordination
✅Driving project schedules and subcontractor performance
✅ Maintaining quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
✅ Coordinating inspections, logistics, material deliveries, and site activities
✅ Leading trade meetings, safety talks, and preparatory meetings
✅ Collaborating closely with project managers, owners, consultants, and trade partners
✅ Supporting project budgeting, closeout activities, and issue resolution
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5 years of construction experience
- 5 years of field supervision experience
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Experience with construction technology, scheduling software, and project management platforms
