Job Summary:We are seeking reliable and hardworking Packaging Machine Operators/General Laborers to support daily production in a cleanroom environment. This role involves operating packaging equipment, inspecting product quality, and assisting with general labor tasks to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing of vitamins and supplements.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure proper function and output.Set up equipment, load materials, and perform basic adjustments as needed.Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality meets company standards.Complete packaging, labeling, and sealing tasks according to specifications.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with cleanroom requirements.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines at all times.Assist with general labor duties such as lifting, stacking, sorting, and material handling.Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors promptly.Requirements:Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or machine operation preferred (not required).Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25–50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.Must follow cleanroom and GMP procedures.Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shift.Shifts Available:1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PMCompany DescriptionWith over 20 years of experience AnDek Staffing has created and maintained relationships by understanding our partners needs and continuously seeking ways to improve our services.
