Machine Operator – PCB Manufacturing

Andek Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and motivated machine operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment within the printed circuit board (PCB) industry. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a team-oriented setting, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, and are willing to cross-train in multiple production areas.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Operate imaging department equipment efficiently and safely
- Perform quality inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor equipment repairs
- Enter production jobs into the manufacturing tracking system
- Read and interpret shop orders to verify:
- Completion of previous operations
- Production counts
- Product quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and production procedures
Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- Shift: Monday night through Saturday morning
- Mandatory overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production demands
- Schedule adjustments and overtime requirements will be communicated in advance whenever possible
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of PCB manufacturing experience or experience in a similar manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to cross-train
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without strain
- Fine motor skills and manual dexterity
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed visual inspections
- Ability to use microscopes for prolonged periods during job duties
