Andek Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and motivated machine operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment within the printed circuit board (PCB) industry. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a team-oriented setting, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, and are willing to cross-train in multiple production areas.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Operate imaging department equipment efficiently and safely
• Perform quality inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor equipment repairs
• Enter production jobs into the manufacturing tracking system
• Read and interpret shop orders to verify:
• • Completion of previous operations
  • Production counts
  • Product quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and production procedures

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Shift: Monday night through Saturday morning
• Mandatory overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production demands
• Schedule adjustments and overtime requirements will be communicated in advance whenever possible

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of PCB manufacturing experience or experience in a similar manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to cross-train

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without strain
• Fine motor skills and manual dexterity
• Ability to sit for extended periods while performing detailed visual inspections
• Ability to use microscopes for prolonged periods during job duties
