What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Officer position at andCo Hospitality, a Certified B Corp?
Security Officer - Overnight
We’re the kind of place where guests come to relax—but behind the scenes, we keep things tight, safe, and secure. That’s where you come in.
As a Security Officer I , you’re not just watching cameras or walking the grounds. You’re the calm in the chaos, the problem-solver with purpose, and the friendly face who makes guests feel safe and staff feel supported. Whether it’s helping a guest get back into their room or being first on the scene when something’s off, you’re the one they trust.
Here’s What You’ll Be Up To
We’re not your typical hospitality company—we’re sustainability-obsessed, proudly inclusive, and always thinking ahead. Our culture is built around intention, not ego. So if you’re the kind of person who leads with heart, stays cool under pressure, and thinks "safe" should never mean "stale," let’s talk.
Ready to Be the Calm in the Storm?
Apply now and help us keep the good times rolling—safely, securely, and with just the right amount of swagger.
