We’re looking for a heart-led Self-Inspector – Guest Room Attendant to bring that spirit to life at our Indian Shores location. Here’s What You’ll Be Up To

• Prepare guest rooms from start to finish—cleaning, refreshing, and resetting each space to feel brand new
• Make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure every detail reflects comfort and care
• Maintain spotless floors, surfaces, glass, and fixtures throughout each unit
• Remove trash and used linens, ensuring a clean and sustainable reset for every stay
• Conduct thorough self-inspections, ensuring each room meets quality and cleanliness standards before sign-off
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or housekeeping needs using internal tools
• Support guest requests with warmth and responsiveness when encountered on property
• Maintain organized, clean, and fully stocked supply carts
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and upkeep of common areas as needed
• Handle linens, supplies, and equipment with care and attention
• Balance efficiency and quality, managing your time effectively even during busy shifts
• Work independently with confidence, taking full ownership of your assigned spaces

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• At least 2 years of housekeeping experience, or experience inspecting and preparing guest units
• Comfort using mobile apps or digital tools for reporting and task management
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as needed
• Physical ability to perform tasks including bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting it right the first time
• A proactive mindset and accountability for your work
