Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-room dining orders promptly, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper temperature
- Engage guests with a warm, approachable service style and create a welcoming in-room dining experience
- Set up and clear trays, tables, and service areas in guest rooms efficiently and professionally
- Assist as a Server Assistant in on-property dining outlets as needed
- Support general in-room dining operations, including preparation, stocking, and cleanliness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
- Prior food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift/push/pull a moderate amount of weight, as well as work both indoors and outdoors throughout shift
