The luxury resort community of Wailea includes a 1.2 mile-long oceanfront beach path connecting five crescent-shaped, golden-sand beaches, a premier shopping center and distinguished restaurants.
"Ka’ana Kitchen" is the premier restaurant in Wailea in a second-to-none location. Featuring dishes using the freshest local ingredients and prepared in a kiawe wood burning oven, the menu direction is dictated by what is fresh and in season. This full service restaurant caters to resort guests and local patrons every day for breakfast and dinner.
The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Restaurant Servers in shaping the guests’ dining experience through passion, style serving the guest. The Server Assistant will help define the dining experience by being attentive to guests needs. Service will be thoughtful and unobtrusive, yet focused and efficient.

Qualifications
- Fun and articulate person with a great sense of humor and attitude
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience of a guest by your style and service attributes
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to provide a minimum of two days work availability each week.
- Personality and presentation will play a key role in becoming a successful candidate
