Summary
Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. Situated on Maui's premier southwestern coastline, the 15-acre beachfront resort will be located along Mokapu Beach in Wailea, one of the most sought after leisure and resort destinations in the world. The Recreation Attendant will be responsible for conducting the recreational programs within the pool, beach, cabanas, and fitness center. The primary goal is to ensure maximum guest satisfaction during all planned events and services. This will include the towel and amenity setup & refresh of all 5 resort pools, coordinate fitness center activities, and all available activities as requested by guests.

90 - Day Probationary Rate: $20.79
Hourly Rate: $24.46
This is a temporary seasonal position starting from December 29 through March 31, 2026 and may be extended as necessary.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills required
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a moderate amount of weight
- Must be able to provide a minimum of two full days work availability each week
- As a full time position must be able to work alternating scheduled work shifts on any day of the week that may include evenings, holidays and weekends
