Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, print, and experiential channels
- Manage content creation to reflect the resort’s unique identity
- Oversee social media presence and engagement
- Collaborate with sales, events, spa, and F&B teams to promote packages, experiences, and seasonal offerings
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights. Ability to create and discuss a marketing budget plan with owners.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
- Build relationships with local businesses, media, and tourism partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or upscale brands
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling
- Experience working with Screenpilot and Wagstaff a plus!
