Event Servers are responsible for providing food and drink service during hotel banquet functions. They ensure the event space is visually appealing and present the menu offerings. This may involve tasks such as arranging linens, setting tables, designing food stations, and serving beverages. Additional duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, maintaining cleanliness, and setting up and breaking down the event space.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift trays, and carry heavy items as needed.
• Ability to ensure event spaces are properly set up cleaned and maintained throughout the event.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a banquet or hospitality setting, is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
