Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with SQF, USDA, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant standards.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Oversee quality control processes including inspections, testing, and validation activities throughout manufacturing operations.
- Manage quality assurance teams to ensure consistent application of quality systems and prompt resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality problems and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct analysis of quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Ensure all documentation related to quality systems is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory and customer standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing product safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with strong knowledge of SQF, USDA & FDA regulations, HACCP, PCQI, CGMP standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits and managing quality control/inspection processes.
- Solid understanding of quality systems management including QA/QC procedures and documentation practices.
- Strong analysis skills for interpreting data and implementing effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with management.
