Established plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Orange/Anaheim [Near the Honda Center/Anaheim Stadium and 57/22/5/55 freeways] seeks a Full-Time Legal Assistant/Administrate Assistant to join our friendly team. Previous office and/or law firm experience is a plus. Bilingual in another language is also a plus. Job Description:
- Full-time Legal Assistant/ Administrative Assistant
- Initial investigation and work up of client cases
- Client intake, communication, correspondence and meetings
- Communication and correspondence with insurance companies
- Coordinate medical treatment and scheduling with medical providers
- Provide phone, clerical, and administrative support
- Assist case managing attorneys generally as directed
- Obtain medical records/bills, traffic collision reports, DMV records. investigative searches, etc.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong computer skills
- Takes initiative and follows up
- Professional office communication, demeanor and etiquette
- Collaborative team member
- Previous office and/or law firm experience is plus.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
- College degree is a plus
