Job Overview
ANDA Legacy Trucking is seeking a professional and dependable Delivery Driver to provide premium, in-home white-glove delivery service for a high-end furniture partner. This role goes beyond standard delivery and requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and safe handling of high-value merchandise.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable leading a two-person delivery team while operating on multi-day routes. Routes are typically 3-4 days in duration and primarily service Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Drivers are responsible for ensuring each delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule with a high level customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities
Route & Delivery Duties:
- Take the lead in completing delivery routes lasting 3-4 days at a time
- Work alongside and guide a delivery helper to safely and efficiently complete deliveries
- Quickly and accurately load your truck with all items for your assigned route with helper
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck
- Accurately maintain and manage ELD (Electronic Logging Device) records in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Provide in-home delivery, placement, and assembly of furniture
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience at every stop
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe operation of company vehicles
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Compensation & Benefits

Onboarding / Training
New hires will participate in a structured onboarding program designed to set clear expectations and ensure confidence in the role. Throughout the onboarding process, you will gain a clear understanding of performance expectations, communication standards, and customer experience goals. You will also have the opportunity to shadow experienced team members to learn best practices and techniques for delivery procedures, route execution, safety standards, and white-glove service. Ongoing coaching and support are provided beyond initial training to help you maintain a consistent, high-quality delivery experience and set you up for long-term success.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving box trucks strongly preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items with assistance or equipment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Familiarity with using basic tools (drill, screw driver, sockets)
- Prior delivery or customer-facing experience strongly preferred
