We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and warehouse team members
- Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming materials
- Maintain accurate inventory of HVAC, plumbing, and home-service parts and equipment
- Stage equipment and materials for daily service and installation jobs
- Coordinate material needs with technicians, installers, and office staff
- Perform inventory counts and help prevent shortages and lost materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse
- Load and unload deliveries as needed
What We're Looking For

- Basic computer and inventory-system skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials
- Warehouse, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home-services experience preferred
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM (Two Saturdays per month 7am-11am)
Occasional travel to our Inverness, Sarasota, and Fort Myers locations is required.
During our busy summer season, additional on-call and weekend availability is required to support our HVAC service and installation operations.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the warehouse organized, accurate, efficient, and ready to support our field teams every day.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
