Position Summary

We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking HVAC Install Helper to assist with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to enter the skilled trades and learn from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead HVAC installers with the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Carry and stage equipment, tools, and materials
• Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Operate power tools and basic hand tools
• Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
• Learn and grow within the HVAC trade
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, or on ladders
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous HVAC experience or trade school a plus, but not required
