- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems is mandatory. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience with Dynamics 365 and Power BI is desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. The ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights is critical.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. The ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders is essential.
