• We require the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Timely and accurate reporting is essential in compliance with GAAP.
• This position involves developing, managing, and monitoring budgets, providing accurate financial forecasts, and making recommendations based on financial data.
• We need someone to establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Maintaining healthy cash flow is crucial; we need someone to monitor and manage cash flow to meet the company's operational needs and optimize working capital use.
• Oversight of cost accounting operations, including production cost analysis, inventory valuation, and margin analysis, is also required.
• This role entails leading and developing a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, and ensuring continuous professional development.
• We are looking for someone to collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's long-term goals.

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is necessary.
• Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or distribution environment, is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems is mandatory. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience with Dynamics 365 and Power BI is desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. The ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights is critical.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. The ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders is essential.
• Leadership: Proven leadership abilities are necessary. Experience in building and managing high-performing finance teams is desirable.
• Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work is expected.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity in dealing with sensitive financial information are essential.

Working Conditions/Travel Requirements: This role is based in an office environment with no travel requirements.
