Job Description

Ancira Auto Group is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Department. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who is quality-minded, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career in automotive service.

Compensation $18-22/flag hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7-5 or 8-6 Saturday from 8-3

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs as outlined on repair orders
• Assist with diagnostics and vehicle inspections
• Learn and follow dealership and manufacturer repair standards
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive or lube technician experience preferred
• Technical school training preferred
• Must have own basic tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Subject to background check, MVR, and drug testing
