Job Description
Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC Cuero, TX has immediate openings for motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our Service Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a high-quality service experience while building long-term relationships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Prior Service Advisor experience is preferred; however, candidates with a background in service or hospitality who enjoy working with people and cars may also be considered.
Average Income in this Position: $60,000-80,000 Annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am-6PM , rotating Saturdays as needed 8AM-2PM

- Clearly explain recommended services using dealership technology and tools
- Coordinate with technicians and service management to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Maintain accurate repair order documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support future service needs
- Deliver service experiences aligned with Ancira Auto Group standards
- Prior Service Advisor experience preferred; hospitality or service-industry experience considered
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record for insurability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
