Inside Sales and Marketing Representative

Ancillary Support and Trend Medical is a leading software company and manufacture of orthopedic bracing and rehab equipment. We sell our services and products to physicians, DME providers, orthotic and prosthetic clinics and hospitals across the country, we are looking for the right candidate to fill our open customer support/marketing associate position.

Duties

- make a minimum of 50 calls per day to prospected customers to generate new sales

- market and sell our proprietary software

- market and sell our industry leading orthopedic line of braces

- create and design marketing campaigns and material to generate new leads and sales
- Provide exceptional customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and general inquiries
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately update customer information in the system
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in inside sales
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
