Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and highly strategic Business Development Director with a proven background in enterprise consulting or tech-driven business growth. You will help position our company as a leading innovation partner for organizations navigating transformation through AI, automation, and modern data architectures. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity environments and is deeply connected to the innovation and consulting ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales and partnership cycles, from opportunity generation to negotiation and deal closing.
• Leverage your network of executives at tech-forward organizations, innovation labs, and digital consultancies to drive traction.
• Partner with internal product and engineering teams to align customer needs with cutting-edge capabilities in AI, agentic workflows, and data automation.
• Represent the company at events and ecosystems focused on next-gen technologies (e.g., SXSW, TechCrunch Disrupt, AI/ML summits).
• Cultivate long-term strategic accounts and identify opportunities to expand commercial partnerships over time.
Required Qualifications
• 7 years in business development, enterprise consulting, innovation strategy, or technology partnerships.
• A strong track record of closing high-value B2B deals, particularly in new or transformative technology categories.
• Experience working with or selling into consultancies, innovation units, or digital transformation teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native platforms, data infrastructure, and AI/ML concepts (technical background not mandatory but preferred).
• Clear, persuasive communication and strong executive presence.
