Maintain Quality Documentation and Records Goal: Ensure all records meet regulatory and company standards. Action: Collect and review batch sheets, temperature logs, sanitation records, and metal detector logs.Verify completion, accuracy, and proper sign-offs daily.File and archive physical and digital records in accordance with document retention policies.Support traceability and recall exercises by organizing historical records.2. Support Daily Production Quality Checks Goal: Maintain consistent product quality and compliance. Action:Assist QC Technicians in performing visual, sensory, and weight checks.Record and log test results accurately.Notify supervisors of any deviations or non-conformances.Help ensure in-process testing is conducted on time and documented.3. Assist in Food Safety and GMP Compliance Goal: Support audit readiness and site cleanliness. Action:Perform daily GMP and housekeeping checks on production floors.Document corrective actions and follow up with production teams.Support QA and sanitation teams in maintaining compliance records.Help prepare for internal, customer, and third-party audits.4. Manage Incoming Material Documentation Goal: Ensure traceability and supplier compliance. Action: Verify Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for incoming raw materials.Record lot codes and supplier data for each delivery.Coordinate with Receiving to ensure all materials meet specifications before release.5. Data Entry and Reporting Goal: Maintain up-to-date and accurate quality data systems. Action:Enter production and quality data into spreadsheets or QA software.Generate reports for management and audits as needed.Track trends in product quality, rejections, and deviations.6. Support Training and Continuous Improvement Goal: Build a culture of quality and accuracy.
