Responsibilities
- Must have a clean driving record
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, decks, and buildings.
- Assess the condition of surfaces before cleaning and determine the appropriate cleaning techniques.
- Prepare surfaces for pressure washing by removing debris, furniture, or obstacles as needed.
- Apply detergents or cleaning solutions as necessary to enhance cleaning effectiveness.
- Maintain equipment in good working order by performing routine maintenance and reporting any issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Document completed work and report any additional services required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pressure washing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license is preferred; reliable transportation is essential.
