Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Full-Time Travel Agent (Consultant) to join our team! In this role, you will leverage your passion for travel and customer service expertise to assist clients in designing their ideal trips. Your proactive approach, organizational skills, and knowledge of the travel industry will help turn travel dreams into reality while providing outstanding support throughout the entire planning process.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets to craft customized itineraries.
• Utilize reservation systems to book flights, hotels, tours, and transportation efficiently.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, travel advisories, and health protocols.
• Manage all aspects of travel scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination of flights, accommodations, activities, and transfers.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the travel industry to offer innovative solutions and options.
• Handle multiple reservations simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a remote sales environment or as a travel agent with strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with reservation systems
• Demonstrated ability in travel planning, scheduling, and managing client communications effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong sales acumen with a passion for helping clients achieve their travel goals.
• Knowledge of the travel industry including destinations, visa processes, and health protocols is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to build trust and rapport with clients.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
