- Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks, performance metrics, and develop actionable insights
- Expertise in Finance, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in Property Management, including overseeing operations and ensuring profitability
- Proficiency in Investments and Asset Management for portfolio growth and optimization
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
