Anchorage Concert Association is hiring an INSPIRE Anchorage Program Manager
The Anchorage Concert Association is launching INSPIRE Anchorage, a new initiative to strengthen our city’s creative community and elevate the role of arts and culture in civic life. We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead this work in partnership with community stakeholders, civic leaders, and ACA’s staff team.
The Program Manager will:
- Develop and implement an annual work plan for INSPIRE Anchorage.
- Organize and facilitate monthly Arts Forums, stakeholder meetings, and an annual Advisory Committee.
- Build partnerships with civic organizations, businesses, and government leaders to strengthen the role of the arts in Anchorage.
- Collaborate with ACA’s Development and Communications teams to secure investments and expand visibility.
- Manage ARTWORKS Anchorage, a citywide celebration of arts and culture.
We’re seeking someone who is organized, collaborative, and passionate about the role arts and culture play in community life. The ideal candidate has experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, nonprofit work, or advocacy, along with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across many different groups.
