What You'll Do
- Execute structured outreach to hospital partners, building relationships with line staff and department-level stakeholders
- Serve as a front-line representative at events, hospitals, and partner engagements; handle issues and complaints professionally
- Coordinate and staff facility visits, drop-ins, and partner touchpoints aligned with business development priorities
- Attend and support community events, sponsorships, and outreach activities across Alaska
- Gather photos, stories, and field insights to support marketing, social media, and newsletter content
- Coordinate and manage marketing collateral, swag, and branded materials across multiple bases
- Track outreach activities, partner interactions, and follow-ups in CRM (Dynamics 365)
- Support the client's membership program through outreach, events, and partner-facing materials
- Collaborate with internal operations, clinical, and leadership teams to align messaging and identify engagement opportunities
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, event coordination, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with clinical staff, executives, and community members
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and set up/break down event materials in a variety of environments
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
