Current Work Arrangement: This position is currently remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while we establish our U.S. office.

Responsibility
- Own the full sales cycle - from initial prospecting, prioritization, discovery, product demo, and closing, you’ll do whatever it takes, across all channels to source opportunities and grow revenue.
- Proactively engage with Anchor's target market while demonstrating outbound techniques to drive qualified leads to ensure and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Driving leads and generating revenue through direct engagement at industry conferences and events.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers, delivering value-based solutions that align with their needs and solve complex business challenges.
- Use consultative selling techniques and track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Focus on self-development with daily training and enablement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, and product, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- A min of 3 years of experience in SMB B2B SaaS sales (new business)
- Experience working with SMBs and managing high-volume transactional sales.
- Experience working with service providers, ideally, accounting firms or accounting/finance professionals within the billing & collections and payments industry (e.g., Financial Products Expense Management, ERP, AP Automation, T&E, GL).
- Proficient in sales tactics and managing full sales cycles - prospecting, discovery, pitching, objection handling, and accurate forecasting & reporting.
- Experienced in managing outbound sales - hunter mentality (Experience in an SDR/BDR role - a plus).
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- A top 10% performer - Consistent track record of meeting quotas and target achievement (e.g., exceeding quota consistently, forward-thinking revenue responsibility).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with decision-makers and clients at all levels.
- Proficient in using sales tools (Hubspot, Avoma, Intercom, and MS/Google Office suite, etc.)
- Technical proficiency and adaptability to learn new software and technology platforms quickly.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business/ Accounting/ Finance or at least two years of practical managerial experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is preferred.
- Ability to travel to conferences.
