Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, folding, and ironing clothes as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized effectively.
- Assist with carpet cleaning and upholstery care using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Manage janitorial responsibilities in commercial spaces when required, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
