Material Handler / Forklift Operator – Laredo, TX
Pay: $15/hr
Schedule: 3 days on / 3 days off, 6 AM – 6 PM (36-hour week)
Description: Established logistics operation in Laredo is hiring material handlers who can operate a forklift. Steady schedule, every other week off, and consistent hours year-round.
What you'll do:
- Load, unload, sort, and stage freight in a warehouse environment
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts as needed
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and shipments
- Pick, pack, and label product accurately
- Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
Requirements:
- 6 months warehouse / material handling experience
- Forklift experience required; certification preferred (we can help certify the right candidate)
- Comfortable using RF scanners or similar handheld devices
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for a 12-hour shift
- Able to work 3-on/3-off rotation, including some weekends
- Reliable transportation to the Laredo facility
