NOTE: This is an hourly skilled position. Local candidates preferred, as the company will not be providing relocation. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all equipment is safe to operate.
- Build/rebuild control panels as for new or existing equipment.
- Perform electrical installations as needed for new and existing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair any breakdowns on equipment, utilizing PLC Logic.
- Immediate response to equipment failures.
- Fabrication of items needed by the manufacturing areas.
- Set up new equipment as needed.
- Perform minor electrical troubleshooting.
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
- All positions are cross functional; may assist in other areas that management deems necessary.
Requirements
- Five (5) years minimum of experience working with machinery.
- Must be familiar with stamping press controls. Panel Building and fabrication skills a plus.
- Familiar with PLC controls a must, including ability to edit and modify
