Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Tower Technician role located in Boise, ID. The Tower Technician will be responsible for tasks such as the assembly, installation, repair, and maintenance of wireless communication towers and related equipment. Additional duties include conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and utilizing hand tools to perform technical tasks efficiently. Safety and attention to detail are paramount in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and the ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems independently
- Basic knowledge of wireless networking systems and infrastructure
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Previous experience in tower construction, maintenance, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to work at heights and comply with safety protocols and industry standards
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license is required
