Job Overview
We are hiring Residential House Cleaners / Cleaning Technicians to join our weekday cleaning team.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys active work, pays attention to details, and likes seeing a clear before-and-after difference at the end of the day.
You’ll work with a team, travel to clients’ homes, follow our cleaning systems and checklists, and help provide the high-quality service Anchor clients expect.

Duties
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living areas according to Anchor’s cleaning standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and complete general home cleaning tasks
- Follow company checklists, systems, and safety procedures
- Work with your team to complete homes within the scheduled time
- Communicate professionally with team members, office staff, and clients
- Care for clients’ homes with respect and attention to detail
- Use Anchor’s eco-friendly cleaning products and approved tools
- Report client concerns, damage, access issues, or supply needs to the office

Cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. We provide paid training.
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Be available Monday–Friday starting at 8:00 AM
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have a reliable vehicle
- Have proof of auto insurance
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Be able to bend, squat, reach, and stand throughout the workday
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screen
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Be over the age of 18

Schedule
Monday–Friday
Daytime hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 4:00/5:00 PM
No regular nights or weekends
Holiday weeks may occasionally shift the schedule.
