This position will focus on leading development and delivery of high-quality marketing proposals and statements of qualification (SOQs) and includes the following responsibilities. This job does not offer relocation funds.ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of high-quality marketing proposals and statements of qualification (SOQs), which includes the following:Develop clear, concise, and compelling written strategies and messaging for competitive pursuits and interviewsPrepare proposal outlines, concepts, and formats designed for maximum scoringDevelop detailed proposal schedules and manage multiple concurrent deadlinesWork with proposal teams to create and execute a winning strategy for key pursuits; ensure teams have identified the appropriate benefits and differentiatorsPrepare proposal content including tailored resumes, standard company information, project descriptions, and other marketing collateral as neededSeek to continuously improve the proposal, design, and production processes for efficiency and quality controlLead marketing training sessions for technical staffSupport company-wide business development efforts as neededTo meet client deadlines and support Client Experience operations across time zones, at times, work is required during evenings and weekends.
