Anchor QEA is seeking a Talent Acquisition
Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a professional with recruiting or human resources experience who wants to grow their recruiting expertise while building strong operational capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks related to the recruiting process in the applicant tracking system, including posting positions, tracking candidate progress, and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across multiple time zones
- Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
- Prepare and send offer letters and manage pre-employment documentation
- Administer new hire paperwork, background checks, E-Verify, and I-9 verification
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including orientation scheduling and system access requests
- Support recruiting inbox management and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Assist with travel arrangements for candidates when needed
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including document management, record keeping, and compliance tracking
- Assist with other recruiting-related tasks and special projects as needed
What Are We Looking For?
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- 2-5 Years of experience in a recruiting or human resources administrative capacity
- BA/ BS or equivalent experience
- BambooHR and Paychex experience preferred
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Approachable and friendly presence
- Proactive and strong communication skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Reporting
- Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees within and outside the organization.
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Willingness to solve problems and make suggestions for improvements.

Salary and Other Compensation:
- Salary Range: $57,611-$64,092
- Annual Bonus
- Other potential bonus types: Billable Time Bonus, Spot Bonus, Milestone Anniversary Bonus, Receiving Professional License/Certification Bonus, Peer-reviewed Publication Bonus, Employee Referral Bonus.
Base Level Benefits for Regular Full-Time Positions:
