Anchor Point Integrative Therapy is a newly launched group practice in Bloomingdale, Illinois, built on a simple belief: the right clinician, in the right environment, changes lives. We serve individuals (ages 11 and up), families, and couples using evidence-based, whole-person approaches.
We are accepting BCBS PPO and private pay clients. Our practice is small by design and relationship-driven by philosophy. We are not a high-volume referral machine. We are a team of clinicians who care about doing the work well.
The Role
We are looking for a licensed therapist who wants to build or expand a caseload in a supported, low-administrative-burden environment. You will carry your own clients, set your own schedule, and focus on clinical work.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position. You are running your own practice within ours.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy to assigned clients
- Complete documentation in TherapyNotes within practice timelines
- Participate in monthly group consultation
- Manage your own schedule within agreed availability windows
- Collaborate with the founding team on practice culture and quality

Qualifications
- Active LCSW or LCPC licensure in Illinois (required)
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, families, or couples
- Comfortable working with adolescents (11 ) and/or adults
- Ability to carry a minimum of 12 clients per week
- Self-directed, organized, and reliable with documentation
- Alignment with an integrative, whole-person clinical philosophy
- Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for diagnostic purposes; experience with medical terminology and medical records management is advantageous.
- Competence in delivering services via telehealth platforms; understanding of HIPAA compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with diverse client populations.
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
