We are an newly starting group practice seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide in-person or telehealth therapy services. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions in person or via telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for all clients.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as grief, trauma, and disabilities.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support for patients.
- Offer case management services, including referrals to additional resources when necessary.
- Stay informed about medical terminology and current best practices in mental health care.
