What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Real Estate Admin Assistant position at Anchor Point Commercial Group?
Anchor Point Commercial Group is a growing commercial real estate brokerage based in El Paso, TX. We specialize in retail leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. We’re looking for a motivated, organized assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations.
No real estate experience required we’ll train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and follow up with leads
- Cold calling lists.
- Update and manage contacts in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Prepare basic documents, LOIs, and lease forms
- Post and update property listings on LoopNet, CoStar, and social media
- Help coordinate showings and client appointments
- Pull property research and comps from online databases
- Support marketing tasks (flyers, email campaigns, social posts)
- General office admin and data entry
What We’re Looking For
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic tech
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Real estate experience is a plus but NOT required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
