Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Anchor Plumbing Services
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Anchor Plumbing Services is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused CSR to join our team. This role is responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, assisting customers, and helping keep our daily call board full.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments
- Make outbound follow-up and membership calls
- Assist customers with payments and account updates
- Support dispatch with schedule changes and delays
- Update customer information in ServiceTitan
- Deliver excellent customer service on every call
Qualifications
- 3 months of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Plumbing industry or ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and team mindset
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Shifts between 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Occasional overtime or on-call weekends
