What You’ll Do:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and visitors warmly, managing check-in and check-out.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Handling phone calls and patient inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with insurance and billing coordination.
- Supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
