Pest Management Professional (Paid Training - No experience needed)

About us

Anchor Pest Services is a local pest control company based in Manchester, NH. We’ve been serving NH, MA, and ME for 10 years and are growing our team of ~20 employees.

We’re looking for motivated individuals to train as Pest Management Professionals (PMPs). No experience needed, we provide paid training and help you get licensed.

What the job looks like

• Drive a company truck to customer homes (up to ~1 hour one way)
• Work independently most days, with support from your team
• Inspect homes and treat for pests (ants, rodents, insects, etc.)
• Apply products safely and according to training
• Enter basements, crawlspaces, and tight areas when needed
• Talk with customers and explain what you’re doing
• Use a company device to complete service reports

This is a hands-on job. You will be working outdoors in all weather and dealing directly with pests.

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable working around insects and rodents
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Able to pass a background check

Schedule

• 4 days per week
• 10-hour shifts
• Occasional Saturdays (rotating schedule in peak season)
