Anchor Packaging is hiring Blown Film Operators for our Marmaduke facility! This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a strong history of stability and no layoffs. We currently have openings on all four 12-hour shifts (day and night), offering consistent schedules and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Blown Film production lines safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and inspect products for quality
- Perform line changes, screen changes, and equipment cleaning
- Maintain accurate labeling and traceability of products
- Support housekeeping and safety standards
- Train new team members and collaborate with others
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in extrusion, thermoforming, plastics, or food packaging is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
- Silver Level Career Readiness Certificate preferred
