Prosthetic Case Manager / Medical Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for an empathetic, and energetic person who wants to help us change the status quo in prosthetic care. Amputees can be an at-risk patient population, and we have developed a patient care case manager program that will put you on the front lines to help patients regain their independence and maximize their potential. You will be on a team with other case managers, administrators, and practitioners that will provide hands-on training in both case management and prosthetics. This position is primarily in the field and requires driving 20-100 miles/day.
Traditional care dynamics leave the amputee population underserved and falling through the cracks. Join a team that is changing the dynamic and serving patients that otherwise would be forgotten. We are a fast-paced local and growing company. Communication is key and you must be a team player. Medical sales and/or case management background is a plus but not required.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with doctors and patients
- Public speaking to both medical care professionals and patients
- Learn prosthetics, terminology, and work with your team to help navigate doctor and patient questions

-Must be presentable in a business setting and able to talk with with and present to medical professionals on the spot
Qualifications:
Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Ability to think on the spot and present to a room of people
- Be able to explain what makes the case management program special
- Knowledge of organizational strategies to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
