Position Overview
CNAs and PCAs provide essential non-medical care and assistance to clients in the comfort of their homes.
Caregivers help clients maintain independence, safety, and quality of life through compassionate daily support.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Companionship
- Shopping and errands
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Reporting client concerns or condition changes to supervisors
Qualifications
- CNA certification preferred but not required for PCA positions
- Compassionate and dependable attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong communication skills
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
