Anchor NW Property Group is currently looking for a detail-oriented FIELD COORDINATOR to join our team. We are a collaborative, family-owned management company with over 30 beautiful apartment communities throughout the Portland Metro area and a corporate office located in Beaverton.
The role of FIELD COORDINATOR involves the scheduling of work orders for tenant requests, as well as building repair/maintenance issues. The Field Coordinator communicates directly with tenants, maintenance technicians, and office staff, ensuring tasks are prioritized and handled in a timely manner. This role requires the ability to multi-task across several platforms, monitor incoming communications and update the daily calendar as needed.
Schedule:
- Full time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
Compensation:
- $26 - $28/hour (depending on experience)

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for day-to-day property management work orders.
- Coordinate with tenants for permission to enter and scheduling of entry.
- Oversee, sort and organize all unit-related work orders.
- Ensure all maintenance work orders are completed correctly and to the standards of Anchor NW Property Group.
- Maintain all maintenance logs, work orders, and any other paperwork as needed.
- Work with the Turnover Coordinator to schedule and coordinate a team of 18 maintenance staff in an efficient and effective manner, making the best possible use of time and resources.
- Work with the Asset Coordinator and Tenant Relations team on any building-wide issues.
- Comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and policies.
- Support Asset Coordinator as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years working in customer service or technical support field.
- Demonstrated ability to assess ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated communication and de-escalation skills.
